This week's book recommendation is "The Perks of Being a Wallflower" by Stephen Chbosky.

It is a thrilling story about Charlie who starts a course through the strange world between adolescence and adulthood. He has some pretty interesting first dates, a lot of family drama, and new friends that are older than him.
He's introduced into this "adult" stuff and has to manage it while experimenting, while he's fighting his demons. He also deals with a devastating loss, a somewhat young love, and life on the fringes. He's caught between trying to live his life and trying to run from it, Charlie learns (or at least he's trying to) to navigate those wild and poignant roller-coaster days known as growing up.
All this beautiful story is being told as a letter format, he writes letters to this "friend" of his (which we can assume its the reader) and you feel as if you were there with him.
In every step, in every laugh. Part of every story he tells you.
Its a captivating novel that will make you cry, laugh, and maybe question your sanity. Its a book that will make you appreciate freedom and be part of life itself. It is truly good.
