Poetry Day

Hello guys,

So very soon we will be celebrating Poetry Day. This is a chance to have fun with english and poetry. The literacy blog have been brainstorming ways to give people a chance to join in on the day.

We are hosting a poetry competition. For this competition the prize is a 15 euro voucher for the Arc cinema.

You may write about anything but if you need inspiration, the theme for poetry day this year is 'surprises' and also some themes may include :

.hobbies

.romance

.friendship

.gore

.etc.

These poems will be judged by teachers and some outside sources so there will be no bias.
