100 Word Challenge

Have you ever attempted to write something in 100 words. No more, no less. This is my attempt at trying it. It is based on war and the horrors war involves.

Day 207: I'm a sergeant in the British Army Commandos. My squad were assigned an objective, to capture an enemy general. I still remember the sounds of ringing from the guns.

I was terrified that this is how I would die, in a gunfight with the enemy. At least I would be dying with honour. My team secured the general and got back safely with minimum casualties. The sound of his torture will stay with me for life, the information proved to be priceless. I’ve survived for three years now, any day can be your last, others aren't as lucky.
