A book by Holly Bourne, a girl called Lottie, and her friends Amber and Evie, are feminists. For a month, Lottie has promised herself that she will call out anything feminist she sees, with Will, her camera man, recording it all for the internet. It's all going smoothly until the internet trolls attack Lottie with vicious comments, and with her Cambridge interview, her parents expect her full focus on Cambridge, and not on her feminist project and spinster club( her, Amber and Evie's feminist club).
I feel the book is an amazing read because it captures how hard it can be for some girls in todays society. I could finish this book in one sitting it was so good. I feel like I liked it the most because it didn't take everything too seriously... like Lottie says in the book, "I want to make the project fun... and not take myself too seriously".
I would completely recommend this book and feel like for teenagers to young adults, everyone would enjoy it.
